Before deciding on further development, MaderaPlus needed to understand what was failing in +DERA: a field Android app with offline synchronisation, a backend and a legacy website.
What I did
I rebuilt the technical map, set up local staging, tested the app, backend and web with anonymized data, reviewed the historical issue log and turned the findings into a 30/60/90 roadmap.

Reproduce the system before proposing changes
I set up a diagnostic environment with anonymised data to test the app, backend and website. The inventory documented 203 backend/API calls and 32 business requests; the review of 115 issues and improvements informed prioritisation.
Separate diagnosis from future development
The delivery consisted of the environment, documentation and roadmap. Kotlin/KMP and other modernisation options were recommendations for later phases, not a completed migration.
