Understand what is already there
At MaderaPlus, I started by reproducing the app, backend and website to investigate reported issues. That diagnosis helped prioritise the next actions before planning new development.

Freelance developer based in León, Spain. I specialise in Android and Kotlin Multiplatform, and also build websites, backends and integrations for agencies and B2B teams.
I have worked in digital identity, banking and loyalty, both with direct clients and within existing teams. Some of that work is covered by NDAs or white-label agreements.
For the projects I can share, I explain my responsibility and what was delivered. MaderaPlus and A Mariña Glass show two different ways of approaching an engagement.
Two projects, two decisions

Before starting, we agree on my scope, who reviews the work and when we check progress. For agency projects, I adapt communication to your client relationship.
